A lot of diets are reviewed on this website to help clarify how they really work and if you should try them. Although in most instances, the #1 rated diet comes out on top, a lot of people want to know if the diet they are interested in is worth a shot.

  1. I’d like a review of the book ‘Eat to Live’ by Joel Fuhrman.
    I also have a question: the #1 rated diet goes for very fast results. I have always heard that slow weight loss is better and that losing weight fast means you will gain it back soon. What is your opinion about that?

    • Hi Malou, I will add this book you requested and do a review as soon as possible! Regarding your question, the general good advice on weight loss is that slower is indeed better, but the way the 3 week diet focuses on things is that it helps the body get rid of the bad things which already impact your health in a bad way, so getting rid of that faster is actually better. I think the concept of losing weight fast and it being bad is more associated with starvation of extreme forms of dieting that put the body in shock, and the diet I recommend does not do that, it’s simply a combination of changing up styles of eating and doing so such that you keep the body functioning well and burning fat.

    Both are top rated on your site on two different devices, my iphone and I pad ?.

    • Fat Loss 4 Idiots is good for short term weight loss but it is low carb restricted. The every other day diet provides more options every other day, but both are nice diets!
